Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Notice Required All cancellations or rescheduling must be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment. Self-Service Only All changes must be made online through the booking system. Verbal requests, texts, or DMs are not accepted. Late Cancellations and No-Shows Appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior, or any no-call/no-show, will be charged a fee of 50% of the total service cost in addition to the deposit already paid. Deposits All deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Multiple Reschedules If an appointment is rescheduled more than once, a new deposit will be required and/or added to your remaining balance.
